She created my “first timer” marathon training plan that was realistic and achievable for me as a mom of 2 little kids with an already busy schedule. She used my prior running experience and current fitness to tailor the training schedule with room for flexibility if things came up. In the middle of my training block I had a shin/achilles injury that forced me to take 2-3 weeks off of running entirely, setting me back.
